    PEMF should not be used if you have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, pregnant, actively bleeding or are the recipient of an organ transplant. If you have shrapnel, you should inform you therapist.

  • We offer a private steam sauna experience for you either before of after your massage. There are numerous benefits to using the sauna BEFORE your massage session, including warming up muscles, increased blood flow and relaxation. All of which may help make your massage all the more effective and enjoyable. AFTER your massage the sauna can help kickstart the healing process and aide in detoxification.

  • Inversion tables are designed to aid in decompressing the discs in the spine and relieve pain caused by compressed nerves. Regular use can help increase spinal flexibility and joint mobility. Inversion therapy can also help to stretch and elongate muscles, promoting relaxation and reducing muscle tension.

  • Electronic Stimulation (E-Stim) utilizes mild electric currents to stimulate muscles and nerves in order to treat pain and stimulate both underactive and overactive muscles.

    E-Stim should not be used if you have metal In your skin or an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker. If you have such device or shrapnel, you should inform you therapist.

  • Electronic Cupping is a variation of traditional cupping that employs the use of mild to moderate electrical stimulation in order to get muscles to react in a way that increases circulation and helps reduce inflammation and pain. As in traditional cupping therapy, an electronic cupping uses suction to help break up adhesions in the tissue using negative pressure as opposed to the positive pressure used in manual massage.
